OHS professionals can look forward to another Remote Work Opportunity coming in July 2021 with the launch of a new Self-Development program.
Neighbourhood Safety SA(Pty)Ltd, the company that owns the WorkSafe brand, is outsourcing its Online Support to interested persons who have completed their Remote Support Training Course. The course, called the REMSUP, will be offered online for R1 750 and will train candidates in the use of the Online Support Ticketing System.
The Support System, operated by osTicket, allows support agents to respond to enquiries from STEPSS users in the implementation and use of the various documents of the program. Some Support Agents will be responsible to act on Support Tickets from WorkSafe Channel owners, Agents, Supervisors, Managers and Franchisees during the on-boarding process.
The company also plans to use the same Support team for the other 6 businesses in the NSSA brand stable coming later this year.
The current support team of 4 full time employees, have become under pressure as the company expands into SA and the opportunity to outsource the Support function seems to be a lucrative alternative.
